Confirming the domain owner’s email address
- Confirmation is required in the following cases:
- registration of a domain name in an international zone;
- receiving administration rights from another person;
- changing contact information.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a notification with a link to confirm your email address. If the link is not followed within 14 days from the time the notification is sent, the domain name will be BLOCKED. Further unblocking of the domain is possible only after the Customer re-confirms the email address.

Validation is MANDATORY for all domain names in the international zone. If you did not receive the email with the link, check your “Spam” folder or contact our technical support service.
If you change the contact email on the domain, it also needs to be confirmed. The link to complete the validation procedure will be sent to the new or current contact email of the domain, depending on the domain zone.
